200mm Semiconductor wafer processing equipment used in the silicon wafer industry for SALE. We are selling
some of the remaining used processing equipment as well as some of the facilities equipment utilized for making
Silicon Wafers in both Epitaxial (EPI) and Polished Wafer form located in the old Komatsu Silicon America Facility in
Hillsboro, Oregon that closed prior to going into full production. This equipment is in like new condition as this plant
shutdown prior to going into full production and is sold As Is, Where Is. We add items as we progress through the
facility, so check back often to see any additions. Prices and items available are subject to change without notice
until official quote is sent by Solarworld Properties Inc to prospective buyer.
